When in the higher levels you can train your creatures to level 10 much faster by placing the hatchery next to the training room and connecting them. This will allow the training creatures to quickly get a bite to eat then get right back to training. I can usually get most of my creatures to level 10 throughout the level by doing this.

Why should I lock my creatures in trapped rooms?
