Here is a hint on how to get your very own knight (lord of the land):

You know about those enemey archers in the !GREEN! clothes. And I mean archers that wear green not purple red or blue. And no crossbowers!

Capture them in prison. Put them on the torture chamber and heal them to full. Then let them turn to your cause. Train them to level 10... They will leave the training room. After they have been fed etc. Drop them in the training room. They will still train. After a while they turn into a knight (Lord of the land)! But he will be level one. You may check on how much more training the archer needs by posessing him... And looking at where it says ten (his level) and the more reddened it is there the closer you are to your knight. I know you are not dumb...but train the knight to level 10...But he won't turn into anything.
